Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used e-liquids and nic salts
- Opened nicotine pouches or any consumable nicotine products
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@vapoursclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Postage & Shipping Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
